The focus of the study is to investigate the relationship of Grade 10 students' profile of respondents in terms of gender, ordinal status, and monthly family income, physical fitness level, behavioral values and academic performance of Governor Ferrer Memorial National High School. The researcher used the descriptive correlational research method in the analysis and interpretation of the data gathered. Descriptive research is defined as involving collection of data in order to test the hypotheses or to answer questions concerning the current status of the subject of the study. A descriptive study determines and reports the way things are. It has no control over what is and what it can only measure what already exists.
