This study determined the teaching efficacy, teachers' level of performance and pupils' attitude at Tejero Elementary School this school year 2018-2019. This study utilized descriptive correlation method in gathering information about the relation of teachers' teaching efficacy, teachers' level of performance and pupils' attitude in Mathematics to the eleven (11) teachers in Mathematics and two hundred (200) pupils of Tejero Elementary School this school year 2018-2019.
