This study determined the strength and direction of relationships between workload allocation, teaching performance and stress level of public school teachers in the City Schools Division of Dasmariñas. The researcher used a descriptive correlational research design, taking into consideration the 355 teachers from all the clusters of schools in the division. Descriptive statistics and Pearson's were used in determining if there are significance relationship between workload allocation, teaching performance and stress levels.
