The primary purpose of this study was to analyze and assess home school collaboration and learning behavior of grade eight students and its influence on their academic performance. There were 220 respondents in this study, composed of teachers, students and parents in San Jose Community High School. Surveys had been administered to parents, teachers and students as they were the subjects of this study. Part 1 Parents' survey questionnaire consisted of parents practices. Part 2 Teachers' Survey Questionnaire for teachers practices and Part 3 Students' Survey questionnaire for students practices and learning behavior.
