A descriptive-survey and correlation research method design was used. Five ALS implementers and 126 ALS learners randomly selected from 252 population of Secondary ALS learners in the Municipality of Naic in the Calendar year 2018 participated and were used as samples. Information reported may foster partnership between mobile teachers and school heads in an effort to support student learning and progress.
