This study used the descriptive survey to determined, described and analyzed the relationships between the pupils' physical activity, nutritional status, and academic performance, employing the help of sets of questionnaires and interviews among 100 Grade Six pupils proportionally and randomly selected from the five sections. The descriptive method used to describe data, and checked if they are factual, accurate and systematic. The descriptive research made used of frequencies, averages, and other statistical calculations to describe the variables.
