The research study focus on the profile of both the pupils in terms of age, gender and academic achievement and of the teachers in terms of educational qualification and performance rating, the dominant work values of intermediate male and female pupils in gardening, the significant difference that exists between the assessment of male and female pupils, and the significant relationship that exists between work values of pupils and teacher profile in terms of educational qualification and performance rating.
