This study determined the relationship between school learning environment, communication skills, and academic achievement of Grade VI pupils of Biluso Elementary School and came up with a Wellness Program which may be used to enhance the school learning environment, pupils' communication skills and their academic achievement. There were 76 respondents in this study. To determine the school learning environment, communication skills, and academic achievement, use of School Learning Environment Survey Questionnaire and Communication Skills test were used while the students' academic achievement was the grade point averages during the third grading were the basis in computation, Chi-square was used to determine the correlations between the variables.
