It tested the following hypotheses. There was no significant difference in the extent of implementation of the Mother Tongue-Based Multi-Lingual Education as assessed by the respondents and the academic achievement of pupils in Mathematics. The researcher employed the descriptive method with the use of the appropriate survey questionnaire to be assessed by 30 teachers. It also included academic achievement of selected pupils.
