Summary: This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of bilingual medium of instruction in solving problems in Mathematics among Grade 10 students as basis for skill enhancement program. It provided data as regard to the mean cores of the pupils under control and experimental groups in pre-test and means scores obtained in post-test for the control group utilizing the traditional approach and the experimental group applying the bilingual medium of instruction. The research employed the quasi-experimental design to test the effectiveness of bilingual medium of instruction in Mathematics problem. Two groups of respondents categorized as group and experimental. In particular, the pre-test and post-test experimental group design using the counter balanced approach was employed wherein similar groups were exposed to different treatments and different time.
