Summary: The main goal of this study is to determine teachers' literacy level and their attitude towards ICT to served as basis in crafting an Enhanced Faculty Development Program on ICT-Based Instruction. The researcher used the descriptive research method. It involves collection of data in order to answer questions concerning the study that determines and reports the way things are. To obtain data needed the researcher distributed questionnaires to the respondents. The participants of this study were 48 teachers of Langkaan Elementary School. The data were collected by using Information and Communication Technology Literacy Level and Attitude Towards ICT Survey for Teachers taken from ICT Literacy Survey Form (City Schools Division of Dasmarinas, 2015), TSAT 2010, NCBTS 2009 which was modified by the present researcher to meet the need of the study at hand.
