Summary: The purpose of this study determined the extent of the strategies utilized by the teachers in teaching Grade 3 Mathematics, the level of parents' involvement and the academic performance of Grade 3 pupils of Bukandala Elementary School, City Schools Division of Imus for the school year 2018-2019. This study also determined the significant relationship between variables. There were 12 grade 3 Mathematics teachers and 120 parents who served as the respondents of the study. In choosing the respondents, the researcher used total enumeration of faculty respondents and purposive sampling design for parents. Descriptive correlational method of research was used with a survey questionnaire as data gathering tool responded by teachers and parents. The statistical tools used to treat data were weighted mean, standard deviation and chi-square.
