Dissertation note: Dissertation (PhD - BM) Philippine Christian University Manila, 2017. Summary: The study aimed to assess the current practices of selected business process planning specifically the Enterprise Resource Planning ERP) system in the Philippines terms of SCM, CRM, PLM, SMS, EP and FM. Moreover, it also determined the strength and weaknesses of BPO companies in the Philippines and the benchmark in terms of ASEAN standard. The population in the study were the BPO companies in the Philippines. The respondents of this study were representatives of selected BPO companies in the Philippines as ASEAN member country. A total of twenty seven (27) BPO local companies they were composed of 10 managers, 15 team leader and 2 are other BPO related workers other than managers and team leader. The researcher utilized descriptive research method. The descriptive statistics was used to analyze the gathered data. The mean, percentage, frequency, T test and analysis of variance were used.
