The study focuses on the relationship of teachers' job satisfaction, behavioral intervention strategies as relates to academic performance of MAPEH Grade 6 pupils for the development of an enhanced faculty development program. The research study made use of the descriptive correlation method since it simply describes the extent of teachers' job satisfaction, incidence of disruptive behavior among the pupils and the intervention strategies of the teachers in dealing with disruptive behavior. Further, the relationship between the teachers' job satisfaction, the extent of disruptive behavior among the elementary school pupils and academic performance of pupils in Indang, Cavite.
