Summary: This study described teacher's classroom management practices in Dasmarinas II Central School and their students' involvement and performance in co-curricular activities. The study aimed to propose changes on the current classroom management practices to make use of extracurricular activities to improve student outcomes. For the former, the researcher made use of the research questionnaire developed by Borile (2013). As for the latter, the researcher developed a questionnaire that was face validated by experts in education. For correlation, the researcher made use of Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Significance level was set to 0.05 using two tailed test.
