The study was designed to analyzed the relationship of pupils' learning motivation and their academic performances in Science in Bulalo Elementary School to serve as basis for intervention program. The researcher used the descriptive correlation research design. It describes the nature of situations as it exists at the time of the study and to explore the factors of the particular phenomenon. The study made use of 126 intermediate pupils of Bulalo Elementary School. The respondents had a very high learning motivation along self-efficacy, performance goal, achievement goal. and learning environment stimulation in learning Science.
