This study aimed to determine the level and relationship of self-concept and academic performance in Mathematics of 147 intermediate pupils of selected schools in Silang Cluster 1 , Silang District of Cavite during the school year 2018-2019. The results served as basis for an intervention program to improve the variables. The researcher used the Piers Harris Self-Concept Scale administered by the counselor and the second grading marks in Mathematics was taken from DepEd SF9 of 147 subject pupils.
